In Barranquilla, Montería and Cartagena there are initiatives with bioclimatic designs that represent energy savings. The VIMO 2017 fair puts its focus on green construction focused on bioclimatic designs, where the implementation of natural materials that contribute significantly to energy savings while providing social, economic and environmental benefits predominates. The Real Estate Showcase of the Caribbean gathers an offer of more than 5,000 houses of the strata 2 to 6 and in it 65 exhibitors participate. It takes place during this weekend
